Quotes and agreements

What was agreed.
In writing before work starts.

The accepted bid becomes a numbered, locked contract. It holds the scope, the price, the payment steps, the warranty and the cancellation rule. Anything that changes later is added as a change order, without rewriting the agreement.

How it works

From bid to agreement.
Then change orders.

The contract is written from the bid. Until the bid is accepted, the contract updates with it.

  1. 01

    The bid sets the terms

Price, steps, warranty, cancellation rule, diagnostic, scope notes.

    Contractor
  2. 02

    The draft follows

Every edit to the bid regenerates the draft. The client always reads the latest version.

    Automatic
  3. 03

    The client accepts

They check “I have read and accept the contract”, then accept the bid.

    Client
  4. 04

    The agreement is locked

CTR number, SHA-256 fingerprint, full address, Florida law.

    Automatic
  5. 05

    Change orders are added

A paid add-on, or a price raised on arrival and paid, creates change order CO-n.

    Contractor, then client

In the product

What can change.
And through which path.

The agreement is never rewritten. A change goes through one of these three paths, each with its own bounds.

The contract

What the agreement holds.
And who sets it.

The contract is generated, not drafted: each section comes from a bounded field of the bid or the request file.

  • A PDF in English. The screen is translated, the downloaded document is written in English.

Frequently asked questions

Before
you accept.

Visit the help center
Is the agreement legally binding?

Acceptance is recorded as a click-through electronic signature: checked box, time, IP address and fingerprint of the accepted version. The contract names Florida law.

Can the contractor change the bid after I accept?

No. The agreement is locked on acceptance. Later changes go through an add-on, a price adjustment on arrival or a change request.

Who chooses the warranty length?

The contractor, in the bid, between 14 and 90 days. It is shown before acceptance and carried into the contract.

Can I propose the price and the steps myself?

Yes, with the “Pay step by step” direct order. You name the contractor by their number and set the price, 1 to 20 steps and a time slot. They confirm, adjust or decline.

Where do I find the contract?

In the order, on the client side and the contractor side, on screen or as a PDF.
