Bid requests

One scope.
Bids you can compare.

You describe the work package. Beedy builds one shared file and alerts the contractors of that trade around the site. Every bid comes with its price, its time slot, its payment steps and, when needed, a site visit.

How it works

From the need to the chosen bid.
Five steps.

Posting triggers no payment. Accepting a bid books the contractor’s time slot. Payment comes next, on the summary.

  • No automatic choice. The cheapest bid is never picked for you.
  • No contractor certification.Check licenses and insurance with the State and the insurer.
  • A used posting stays used.Cancelling a request does not give the free posting back.
