The same for every company on the platform.
- Cancellation after leaving for the site: $50 penalty; 3 in 90 days remove the jobs

Do I need a subscription to answer requests?
No. Answering consumes nothing, whatever the plan. The paid plans (Pro $19, Enterprise $99 a month) only buy publication volume, useful if you publish packages yourself.
When do I get paid?
At each step validated by the client, on your photos; without an answer within 7 days (4 with your own clients), the step validates itself. The 20% verification hold 14 days after the last step. Payout every 15 minutes.
What do my competitors see of my bid?
Your price and your lead times, anonymous, while the request is open. You see theirs the same way. Never your name nor the client’s target price.
Can I ask a question before pricing?
Yes, from the request, and you can propose 1 to 3 visit slots of 2 h before committing.
What if the client does not validate my step?
The client gets a reminder 48 h before the deadline; without an answer within 7 days, the step is validated and its share credited.
Do my own clients pay a fee?
0% when they come through your link, your QR code or your client book. And 3% withdrawal fee for you, except on orders that came through the client link, at 0%.
