Quotes and agreements
The accepted bid becomes a numbered, locked contract. It holds the scope, the price, the payment steps, the warranty and the cancellation rule. Anything that changes later is added as a change order, without rewriting the agreement.
Fictional data. The fields are those of the generated contract.
How it works
The contract is written from the bid. Until the bid is accepted, the contract updates with it.
Price, steps, warranty, cancellation rule, diagnostic, scope notes.
ContractorEvery edit to the bid regenerates the draft. The client always reads the latest version.
AutomaticThey check “I have read and accept the contract”, then accept the bid.
ClientCTR number, SHA-256 fingerprint, full address, Florida law.
AutomaticA paid add-on, or a price raised on arrival and paid, creates change order CO-n.
Contractor, then clientIn the product
The agreement is never rewritten. A change goes through one of these three paths, each with its own bounds.
The contract
The contract is generated, not drafted: each section comes from a bounded field of the bid or the request file.
| Section | Content | Set by |
|---|---|---|
| Parties | Client, contractor, full site address | the request file |
| What gets done | Package description and contractor notes, 600 characters at most | the client, then the contractor |
| What is paid, and when | Diagnostic, work steps, 20% verification, to the cent | the contractor, in the bid |
| Warranty | 14 to 90 days after the work ends, 14 by default | the contractor |
| Cancellation | Published schedule by amount and timing | Beedy’s terms |
| If something goes wrong | Repair by the contractor, then Beedy mediation, then court, Florida law | the standard contract |
| Change orders | CO-1, CO-2… with amount, reason and date | created automatically |
Sample scenario
During the wiring, the client asks for eight outdoor outlets. The contractor proposes them as an add-on with a photo. Payment creates the change order, the original agreement does not move.

Acceptance is recorded as a click-through electronic signature: checked box, time, IP address and fingerprint of the accepted version. The contract names Florida law.
No. The agreement is locked on acceptance. Later changes go through an add-on, a price adjustment on arrival or a change request.
The contractor, in the bid, between 14 and 90 days. It is shown before acceptance and carried into the contract.
Yes, with the “Pay step by step” direct order. You name the contractor by their number and set the price, 1 to 20 steps and a time slot. They confirm, adjust or decline.
