Your Privacy Choices

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA §1798.135), the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, and equivalent laws in Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Tennessee, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Indiana, and Maryland, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use this page to turn that opt-out on or off — your choice applies to this browser and, if you sign in, to your Beedy account.

Toggle your opt-out

Beedy does not engage in monetary "sales" of personal information, but our use of analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog) for product-improvement purposes may be treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under CCPA/CPRA. When you opt out, we suppress those analytics, do not load any cookies categorized as advertising or cross-context targeting, and propagate the choice to our service providers under written contract.

Sale / Share opt-out

Opt-out is off — analytics cookies may load and we may share usage signals with our analytics providers under contract. We never sell personal information for money.

What the opt-out covers

When you opt out, we apply the change to:

  • Cookies and trackers categorised as analytics or cross-context behavioral advertising (Google Analytics, PostHog).

  • Any future advertising / re-targeting pixel we add to the Platform (not currently deployed).

  • Sharing with third-party analytics / ad-tech vendors for purposes that count as "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA/CPRA — we currently have no such transfers, and the opt-out flag forecloses adding them without re-consent.

Strictly-necessary cookies (authentication, fraud detection, payment processing) and our first-party preference cookies (language, theme, currency) are not affected — they are essential to operate the Platform and are not "sold" or "shared" under any state law.

Other state privacy rights

In addition to the opt-out above, residents of California, Florida, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Indiana, and Maryland have the right to know, delete, correct, and obtain a portable copy of their personal information; to limit our use of sensitive personal information (none currently collected by Beedy); and to appeal denied requests. Children's data rights under COPPA also apply where relevant — Beedy does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

To exercise any of these other rights, write to privacy@beedy.app or use the in-app account-deletion / export flow under Settings → Security & privacy. We respond within forty-five (45) days.
