Optimize Your Business Page

What to keep up to date on your page, and how the money actually reaches you.

Keep your page current

This step is about the page a customer reads before picking you, and about the settings that decide which requests reach you at all.

Stand out through what your page shows

Your page is what a customer compares. Update it when your services, your prices or your area change — otherwise it slowly stops describing what you do.

  • Add photos of finished jobs and keep them fresh: Your page holds up to 20. Before and after on the same job is the pair that convinces.

  • Say what you cover and how far you go: Your categories and your service radius decide which requests you are shown. Your years of experience and the services listed on your page decide whether a customer picks you once they see you.

How and when you get paid

You are paid through Beedy: the customer pays at checkout, Beedy holds the money, and it is released to you when the job is done.

The money lands on your Beedy balance and is sent on to your bank through the Stripe account you connected, from the Finance tab. Payouts run on their own — there is nothing to request.

Money taken outside Beedy is yours to chase. Inside Beedy it is already collected before the work starts — that is what lets you ask for the full price up front.
