Communicating with Customers

How to reach a customer before, during and after the job: the confirmation, the message when you are running late, the word once it is done.

Your first bookings are in. Before the customer is at the door, decide how you will reach them: the confirmation, the message when you are running late, the follow-up once it is done. That is most of what a review ends up being about.

Contact Your Customers

The customer's decision starts long before you ring the bell. Confirm the slot, say when you are on the way, and tell them when the job is done.

Everything you write stays attached to the booking. If anything is ever disputed, that thread is what Beedy support reads, alongside your before-and-after photos.

Communication Tools

Two places carry everything: the thread attached to each booking, and the notifications Beedy sends you.

Order chat: Every booking has its own thread with the customer, in the Messages tab of your dashboard. Confirm the slot, say when you are on the way, send the photos. Keep it there — it is the record support reads if anything is disputed.

Notifications: Beedy's own messages — a new request, a status change, something to fix on your account — arrive in Notifications, where you can filter platform news from job news.
