The simulator compares the plans by your monthly volume and the free quota you have left. It subscribes to nothing.
The payment fees
The Beedy fee is added to a package price at payment, depending on the channel through which the company and the client found each other.

Beedy sends your request to the companies that match it, and the rate goes down as the package grows.
Subcontractors you bring yourself: invited through your tender link, or named by their Beedy number. A company that had already bid on your request stays on the marketplace scale.
The subcontractor brought you to Beedy: they invited you from their client book, or you used their booking link or QR code. Your request goes to them only, with no Beedy fee.
Bracket reached: 3%, from $10,000 to $50,000
Florida sales tax is added on the package price only, never on the fee. The exact amount is shown at checkout.

No. The counter moves at the first competition and never goes back. Extending a request consumes nothing.
Nothing, on every plan. Paid plans only buy publication volume.
No. The Beedy fee (10% to 0.9% on the marketplace depending on the package price, 2% or 0% depending on the channel) and the sales tax are added to a package price at payment, whatever the plan.
The quota drops to 0 publications until it is settled. The tools, the CRM and the jobs in progress are not affected.
