Whether you're completing your registration or doing a final review before opening your business for bookings, here's everything you need to know about your business page. Want to pick up where you left off with your registration?
Complete the checklist for your business page validation.
Before going live with your business page, ensure you provide useful information to potential customers, as well as all the necessary details to accept and manage bookings — refer to this checklist during the registration process:
Name and Location: Even though it's just a few words, choosing a relevant name for your business is important, as it will be how it's listed on our platform. Give it a unique name and avoid abbreviations, symbols, and emojis. Choose a short, informative name with standard spelling. By specifying your location, for example, 'Family Chalet, Lake Tahoe,' you provide travelers with useful information and help them book exactly what they're looking for.
Business Information: Outline the layout of your establishment by listing the different types of accommodations you offer, specifying their occupancy and bed configurations. Be sure to include available amenities — as these can influence the booking decisions of potential customers.
Service and Product Details: By listing the services you offer (e.g., home delivery, maintenance, consultations, etc.), you make it easier for customers to find you through filters and help them book what they're looking for. We also recommend providing important information so that customers can make informed decisions when choosing your services.
Establishment Photos: Photos are essential as they help customers decide whether to book. Upload at least 5 photos to make your business stand out from the competition. Show images of your storefront, interiors, and any available equipment or services. Clear and attractive images will increase your chances of attracting new customers.
Simplify payments with Beedy Payments.
Depending on your business location, you may be eligible for the Beedy Payments service, which can be set up during the registration process. This service simplifies online payments for your clients, ensuring secure transfers to your bank account for all transactions, in accordance with the booking terms set for your business.
The time it takes to receive payments via bank transfer depends on your business location. To activate client payments, we are legally required to verify the location of your establishment and request specific information, such as your tax details.
Client Payment Methods Setup
You can join the Beedy Payments service during the registration process. If you wish to set up additional payment options for clients, such as credit card payments or cash on site, you can do so after registration through the Accounting tab in the extranet.
Complete the final tasks before opening
Sending the "Know Your Partner" form: In accordance with current laws and regulations, all our partner businesses are required to complete the "Know Your Partner" form. If you wish to make any modifications after submitting the form, you will need to contact Customer Service, who will reopen the form so you can make the necessary changes.
Submitting the "Know Your Partner" form: For customers who have chosen Beedy Payments, we may ask you to verify your business location in accordance with applicable laws and for reasons of convenience and security. Depending on your business location and other factors, you may receive a letter or a call from us, or even be required to upload a video of your establishment to complete this verification process.
Open Your Business for Booking
Once you've set up your business page and provided the necessary information, we'll ask you to preview how your page will appear on our platform. Review the details for accuracy and make any necessary changes.
When your business page is ready, a banner will appear on the homepage of the extranet with a 'Put My Business Online' button. Click this button to change your business status to 'Open/Bookable' so you can start receiving bookings.
Is your business already listed on another website? To speed up the process, when registering your business, you can import content (e.g., photos) from your other listings.
Before moving forward...
Before proceeding to the next step, please ensure that your business page is up to date, the location is verified, and it is open for bookings on Beedy.app.
