Beedy Notifications sends text messages about your Beedy account, requests and jobs to people who opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.

- Service professionals receive alerts about new job requests that match their services. Customers receive updates about their requests, quotes and bookings. Anyone may receive account notices, such as a verification code.
- How to join
- You join only by checking the optional text message box when you create a Beedy pro account or give your phone number for a request, or by turning on text notifications in your pro account settings. The box is never checked for you, and agreeing to texts is never a condition of using Beedy or of any purchase.
- Message frequency
- Message frequency varies, typically 1 to 5 messages per week.
- Cost
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Beedy does not charge for these messages.
- How to opt out
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. You will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages.
- Help
- Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at support@beedy.app or beedy.app/help.
- Delivery
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy
- Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
